We are in the process of raising funds to construct the Center for the Deaf , our head quarters and meeting-place for the Deaf. (View Floor Plan and Elevation). The centre for the deaf will be operated and maintained by members of HTS and the deaf community. However, trained/qualified personnel are invited to volunteer for service.
