Objectives

i. To share with, and educate the deaf/hearing impaired in the principles of God.

ii. To undertake spiritual, educational, charitable, benevolent work with respect to the deaf/hearing impaired.

iii. To assist in increasing the knowledge and skills of deaf/hearing impaired individuals.

iv. To develop a national database of and statistical center for the deaf/hearing impaired.

v. To lobby for the economic, educational and financial empowerment of the deaf/hearing impaired in Antigua and Barbuda.

vi. To co-operate and liaise with national, regional and international organizations which assist the hearing impaired.

vii. To raise funds for the work of deaf/hearing impaired in Antigua and Barbuda.

viii. To provide a repository of material, audio-visual aides and archival services for the deaf/hearing impaired community.

ix. To promote community development and encourage positive actions for development in all spheres of life for the deaf/hearing impaired in Antigua and Barbuda.

x. To collaborate with affiliated disabled and handicapped associations and groups in Antigua and Barbuda.

xi. To affiliate with other organizations with similar aims and objectives.

xii. To enter into and perform contracts of any kind necessary or incidental to the accomplishment of any one or more of the purposes of the company.

xiii. Offer practical help at the community level to the deaf/hearing impaired.

xiv. To borrow, raise, invest monies for the objects and purposes of the company.

xv. To purchase, rent, lease or otherwise acquire, erect, maintain, construct facilities found necessary or convenient for the purposes of the company.
