• Membership Application form
Application for membership shall be made to the Secretary of the Company on the form provided..
An applicant shall not be accepted as a member until:

a. It is determined that he/she is eligible based on the agreed code of ethics and/or requirements.

b. He/she attends three (3) consecutive meetings and demonstrates support of HTS activities.

c. The applicant attends an interview with the directors, after being duly informed.

d. The directors approve the application.
